Privacy
At CREATE Consulting Sagl, we prioritize the safety and responsible handling of your data, in full compliance with relevant European and Swiss data protection laws. We only collect personal data on our website when it is technically necessary and never for the purpose of selling or sharing it with third parties.
CREATE Consulting Sagl is the entity responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. We want to provide you with an overview of how we ensure the protection of your data and the purposes for which we collect specific types of data.
Personal Data:
We consider "personal data" as any information that relates to the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual. This includes data that allows for identification, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses.
Intended Use of Data:
We strictly adhere to the principle of purpose-related data use. We collect, process, and store your personal data only for the purposes you have informed us about. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary to provide a service or fulfill a contract. We may disclose information to state institutions or authorities only if required by law or court order.
Children:
We do not collect personal data from children without the permission of parents or guardians. We urge parents and guardians to educate children about safe and responsible handling of personal data on the internet. We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children, nor do we disclose it to third parties.
Data Collection by CREATE Consulting Sagl:
We collect your personal data on our website through two methods: indirect and direct collection.
Indirect Data Collection:
Server Log Files:
When you access our website, we collect and store certain information known as "server log files." This includes the browser type/version, operating system, referrer URL, time and date of the server request, and IP address used. This data is collected for technical reasons, system security, and troubleshooting purposes. It is solely used for statistical analysis and website quality improvement. The data is not linked to any identified or identifiable individual, and we do not create personal user profiles. We reserve the right to review server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use. The log files are promptly deleted after use.
Cookies:
During your visit to our website, we may place information, known as "cookies," on your computer or mobile device. Accepting cookies is not mandatory to access our website, but certain functions may require cookie acceptance. Cookies are small files that store settings and data for exchange with our system through your browser. They help us tailor our website to your preferences and enhance your user experience. We use both session cookies (erased after closing the browser) and temporary or permanent cookies (stored for a longer period) to make our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies do not contain personal data, and they cannot be directly attributed to an identified individual. By activating cookies, an ID number is assigned, but no personal data is attributed. Pseudonymized information may be collected for statistical purposes, such as page visits and service usage. You can prevent cookies from being saved, but this may affect the functionality of our website.
Analytics:
We use Google Analytics and Hubspot for Analytics on our website. These services collect data to evaluate your website usage and provide us with reports on website activity. We have an agreement with Google and Hubspot for data processing. Information such as operating systems, browsers, IP addresses, referrer URLs, and visit timestamps is collected. IP addresses are anonymized within the EU member states and the European Economic Area. You can opt-out of Google Analytics data usage by downloading a browser add-on. For more information, please refer to the privacy policies of Google and Hubspot.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Hubspot Inc. (25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA) is a software provider for content management systems. On our behalf, Google as well as Hubspot collects data from you when you visit our website in order to evaluate your use of our website and to compile reports on website activity for us. We have concluded an order data processing agreement with Google and Hubspot.
By evaluating our website usage, we can continuously improve our site. For this purpose, these providers use "cookies". For example, information on the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the website you previously visited (referrer URL), and the date and time of your visit to our website are collected. The information generated by this text file about the use of our website is transferred to servers of Google (in the USA) and Hubspot (in Europe) and stored there. IP anonymization applies on our website. Your IP address is shortened on the territory of the EU member states and the European Economic Area. This shortening means that your IP address cannot be traced back to you.
You have the option of preventing Google Analytics from using your data by downloading a browser add-on designed for this purpose: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can find more information on data protection directly from the providers:
